It is the responsibility of the passenger to be at the correct pick up/departure point at least 10 minutes prior to the given time.
A brief stop may be made en-route for the comfort of passengers, time permitting and at the driver's discretion.
Please allow enough time at the Airport to satisfy your Airline's check in requirements and to collect your baggage.
Our drivers can offer assistance to board and exit the bus to those who require it.
Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Booster seats are available on request.
Prams and walking aids can be safely stowed in our luggage trailer.
No unfortunately we are only able to pick up and drop off at our designated stops.
Unfortunately our vehicles do not have toilets. Our drivers may be able to stop for a very short toilet break at one of our bus stops along the way.
Our bus drops off and picks up from the Terminal 4 Multi-story Car Park, Ground Floor Bus Bay 14.
If you are going to be late meeting the bus, please let the driver know by phoning 0417 545 967.
Our drivers will not answer phone calls whilst driving, but will check voice and text messages when they are stationary.
Please do not phone the driver to make bookings.
1 standard suitcase and small carry on bag is included in your fare. There is a small extra charge for additional luggage and other items such as golf clubs, surfboards, prams and bicycles. See fares.
Our drivers will assist with your luggage, but please be aware we do not ask our drivers to lift any weight that may cause them an injury.
Under those circumstances the passengers may be asked to assist the driver to lift their luggage.
Larger items such as golf clubs and bicycles must be packaged so as to prevent damage to other luggage. Bicycles must be dismantled and pre-packaged in a secure box.
All larger items will be safely stowed in our luggage trailer.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of travel.
A $10.00 cancellation fee applies. NO refunds will be made if the person or persons named as passengers do not appear on time and date of pre-booked travel as arranged.
Refunds may be made at the discretion of the company who at all times reserves the right to charge cancellation and administration fees.
If you are booking a two-way trip with us but don’t know the exact date of your return journey, you may book an 'Open Return Ticket' which is valid for 6 months from the date of your departure.
This ticket is not transferable and must be presented upon request. You are required to confirm your return date with our Booking Office at least 24 hours before the time of travel to ensure availability of seating.
Unfortunately pets are unable to travel onboard our bus, with the only exception being a registered Guide Dog.

Our Airport Direct service connects with V/Line services at both the Seymour and Shepparton Train stations.

We also offer an Animal Reproduction Freight Service to and from Qantas Freight at Melbourne Airport.
