Whilst we are not government subsidised we do offer concession fares to the following concession card holders:
- Health Care Card
- Pensioners
- Victorian Seniors Card
- Victorian Public Transport Student Concession Card
- War Veterans / War Widows

Passengers Please Note
- All services should be pre booked to guarantee a seat.
- If you miss the bus you have booked for, your ticket is valid for the next available service - providing there is spare seats available
- If your plane has a significant delay we can book you onto our next service.
- Please allow enough time at the Airport to satisfy your Airline's check-in requirements.
- Balfours Airport Direct does not operate on Good Friday or Christmas Day
- Traffic Conditions may cause delays
- It is the responsibility of the passenger to be at the correct pick up/departure point at least 10 minutes prior to the given time.
- On the day of your departure and return please turn on your mobile phone to assist us to locate you if necessary. Record your mobile phone number when booking your seats.
- Special rates apply for group bookings - contact our office to enquire.
